Task:

In a group, students are required to develop a few options of Building Systems that are at least up to LOD 100.
The main objectives of this section are to:
Create the conceptual mass of the proposed PPS
Plan the external circulation system
Plan the internal circulation system
Position the building services elements and their networking
Comply to the building laws and fire regulation

The suggested Building System Design approach are:
Building Operations during non flood and flood.
Modular Structure and Grid
Sustainable energy, resource management and operation
yet, each group may discuss with the studio master and tutor if they think there is another approach that is suitable for this section.
