Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Academic staff teaching the diploma program must possess at least a Bachelor's degree qualification. In addition, there must be at least one (1) full-time academic staff member who is registered with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) as either a Consultant Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS).
The academic staff-to-student ratio shall be maintained at 1:20 as per MQA and BQSM requirements.
Program regulations fall under the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM).
Diploma in Architecture
A minimum of 60% of the academic staff must be full-time employees. Staff qualifications include either a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a Diploma with at least five (5) years of relevant industrial experience at a supervisory level in the subject taught.
The ratio of support staff to laboratory, studio, or workshop facilities must be maintained at 1:2. The academic staff-to-student ratio for studio-based, laboratory, and workshop courses must be 1:15.
Program accreditation follows MQA guidelines.
Diploma in Landscape Architecture

Bachelor of Landscape Architecture
At least 60% of academic staff must be full-time employees. Staff qualifications must include either a Master's degree in a related discipline with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR a Bachelor's degree with at least five (5) years of relevant industry experience in the subject taught.
The ratio of support staff to laboratory, studio, or workshop facilities must be maintained at 1:2. The academic staff-to-student ratio for studio-based, laboratory, and workshop courses must be 1:15.
Program accreditation follows MQA standards.
Bachelor of Science (Architectural Studies)
All academic administrators, studio masters, and course coordinators must be full-time academic staff members. Part-time staff must not exceed 40% of the total number of active staff (active staff refers to full-time or contract employees). Academic staff assigned to teach, supervise, coordinate, and manage the "Design Studio" leading to the LAM Part I qualification must possess a minimum degree qualification equivalent to and recognized as LAM Part II. Additionally, they must be registered with the board according to their respective qualification levels. Each program must have at least one (1) full-time staff member who is a registered Professional Architect with the board.
The ratio of support staff to laboratory, studio, or workshop facilities must be maintained at 1:2. The academic staff-to-student ratio for studio-based, laboratory, and workshop courses must be 1:15. Each studio must have at least two lecturers regardless of the 1:15 ratio.
Program accreditation aligns with regulatory board requirements.
Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons)
Academic staff teaching this Bachelor’s degree program must hold at least a Master's degree qualification. Additionally, Bachelor's degree holders with at least five (5) years of industry experience and relevant professional qualifications are acceptable. The hiring of academic staff with extensive industrial experience is encouraged to enhance students' learning experiences. Furthermore, there must be at least two (2) full-time academic staff members registered with BQSM as either a Consultant Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS). These registered staff members must actively teach in the program.
The academic staff-to-student ratio must be maintained at 1:20 as per MQA and BQSM regulations.

Part-time staff must not exceed 40% of the total number of active staff (active staff refers to full-time or contract employees). Academic staff assigned to teach, supervise, coordinate, and manage the "Design Studio" leading to LAM Part II qualification must hold at least a Master’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience OR possess LAM Part III qualification with a minimum of five (5) years of practice experience. Additionally, all academic staff assigned to teach studio courses must be registered with the board in accordance with their qualification levels. Each program must have at least one (1) full-time staff member who is a registered Professional Architect with the board.
The ratio of support staff to laboratory, studio, or workshop facilities must be maintained at 1:2. The academic staff-to-student ratio for studio-based, laboratory, and workshop courses must be 1:10. Each studio must have at least two lecturers regardless of the 1:10 ratio.
Program accreditation aligns with regulatory board requirements.
Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Construction Management
Academic staff must hold a Bachelor’s degree (Level 4, MQF) in a relevant field with at least five (5) years of industry experience in media and communication at a supervisory level in the subject taught. No more than 30% of the academic staff should be employed based on this industry experience qualification.
The overall staff-to-student ratio must be maintained at 1:25. For studio and computer-based courses, the ratio must be maintained at 1:20.
