Our reception desk serves to greet all callers, visitors, ministry partners, and special guests with the spirit of excellence and the heart of God. Located in our main lobby, the reception area is the first point of contact and often serves as a “solution center,” ensuring a welcoming, informative, and safe environment for visitors. We gladly pray with callers and visitors, connect them to the proper personnel and/or departments for assistance, and answer a wide range of ministry inquiries.
Communications
Reception oversees all incoming and outgoing verbal and written communications. We answer and direct 550 – 600 calls per week from callers around the world with prayer requests, ministry inquiries, testimonies, and offerings. Our mission is to ensure that every caller and visitor, no matter who they are, sees Jesus in our eyes, and hears Him in our voice.
