Release Notes

This release introduces a new History Timeline, enhanced Multi-Quote support, continued improvements to Threads, and additional white-labeling capabilities:

History Timeline

Transactions now include a History Timeline, providing a chronological view of user and system activity. Events such as assignments, reviews, branch changes, messages, and workflow executions are now tracked to improve visibility and auditability.

Multi-Quote Support

Quote AI now supports quote requests containing multiple routes, transport modes, and pricing scenarios within a single email. The experience has been redesigned for both forwarders reviewing quotes and shippers managing bookings.

The feature is included in this release, though some customers may require workflow migration and configuration updates before it becomes available. Please contact your Account Manager if you would like a demonstration or more information.

Threads Improvements

Threads now include email signatures, drag-and-drop attachments, improved recipient management, direct transaction links in outgoing messages, and better visibility from the Overview screen.

White-Labeling Enhancements

System-generated emails can now be branded with your company logo, which can be managed directly from the Company Profile page.

Download API to support downloading a single PDF or a ZIP file containing multiple PDFs for multi-quote cases.

Remove unnecessary whitespace from the thread list view in the right drawer.

Enable branch override (flag-based) in the Universal Transformer API.

Add a “Previous Month” filter option globally across overview reporting filters.

Allow Bot Email to be disabled to stop incoming emails.

Show the correct value when exporting Exception Info.

Add client logo update functionality to the Client Profile.

Add a Subject field to the Share functionality.
