Team Build-up : The development of this team is very dynamic.

Prashant a Python developer who can work on flow , configurations . Quote generation use cause uses python wrapper so can work with any complications comes his way. Will work on flow creation and integration. Susan a Prompt Engineer who knows the extraction perspective for both Email Automation and Document Automation. He has worked on creation of both flows so will be a bridge between what needs to be done from Prompt and what needs to be done from mapping. Will work on mappings and prompts. Bishwesh a Project/Account Manager who understand what customers want , use cases and what customizations would put an extra touch to the project. Will work on development cycle , mapping and Documentation.

Use the

to derive rate information

On quote generation write to the tab called "Result-EmailPath-QuoteGenerated"

Send email back to the quote requester with a quote and quote ID

Use Case 2 - Flow + Email Booking Confirmation - Derco - Drishya

Objective:

Streamline the process of creating and updating booking confirmations by integrating both functionalities into a single, cohesive flow within our dashboard.

Overview:

The goal of this initiative is to develop a unified solution that handles both the generation of booking confirmations and the processing of booking changes. This will enhance operational efficiency and ensure consistency in handling booking data.

Key Tasks:

Algorithm Development:

Design and implement algorithms to extract relevant data from booking-related emails.

Integrate this data seamlessly with existing document automation processes.

Integration and Connectivity:

Establish robust connectivity between email automation systems and document automation tools.

Ensure that data extracted from emails is accurately merged with corresponding booking documents.

Current Capabilities:

Rippey currently offers document automation that extracts essential data from Booking Confirmation PDFs received from Derco.

Expansion Goals:

To further enhance our service, we aim to:

Extend our data extraction capabilities to include forwarded emails that contain updates or changes to booking confirmations.

Extract key data directly from the email body, focusing on critical fields related to booking changes provided by carriers.

Deliver this extracted data in a standardized JSON format to Derco, ensuring a consistent and reliable data flow.
