Day 2
On your second day, we will discuss the important aspects to remember in order to align with the company's standard data privacy, work ownership, and code of conduct. We will also collect and record your personal information in the company's 201 file. Additionally, you will be endorsed to your respective department to discuss your job role.
NDA, Data Privacy & Work Ownership
All of our projects are bound by non-disclosure agreements. The specific agreement can vary depending on the requirements and directions of our clients. The responsibility for creating these agreements lies with the producers and directors.
When we are under an NDA, we are obligated to abide by the terms outlined in the agreement we signed with our clients. The level of flexibility in sharing the work we produce publicly can vary, with some NDAs being more lenient and others more strict.
It is important to note that all the projects you will work on are the sole property of the company. As an employee, you are required to work on and acknowledge that you have worked on these projects. You cannot claim them as your own, unless you are a sales or accounts consultant who has won the project from scratch based on your personal network or professional connections.
