Audit Steps

Here are the steps you’ll follow to use the auditing tool:

List all the

Business Maintenance activities⁠

you perform.

Estimate the frequency and time required for each activity.

Rate each activity's strategic value on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being of little strategic value and 10 being of high strategic value.

For activities with a strategic value lower than 7, consider ways to eliminate or optimize them to reduce your overall Business Maintenance Load.

Write the next steps to take to reduce or eliminate any activities rated 7 or lower.
