problem - solution - pain alleviation - value creation - money made
a solution is founded and provided through critical information.
The (product / service) solution is what value is associated with.
This is what people exchanges money for however
Solutions cannot exist without the critical information required to make them.
What is a solution? a solution is a pain point being alleviated through a process of critical information being applied to absolute a function.
Critical information?
Only true and equaled to if it works , and only can work if it is accurate and true and effective.
Is sensory input from reality
If applied accurately and effectively solves a painful problem faced by a human being.
By doing so bridges the gap between their current situation and desired situation.
Critical information allows us to mobilize reality and send it into battle

Consulting Foundations €®
It is extremely important you get your foundations right.
What are the foundations of a successful consulting business? Let's define them.
Foundation 1: Niche
A niche is a group of people who can be grouped together by a statement or feeling of identity. The group shares the same current situation, desired situation, problems, goals, struggles, beliefs, routines, stories, lifestyle, etc.
People belong to niches based on their work, ideology, diet, culture, etc.
A single person can belong to multiple niches at the same time. For example, let's say you are a consultant who happens to like classical music. You now belong to two niches (consulting niche & classical music niche niche). Most people belong to a ton of niches but will have a 'main' one that characterises the majority of their identity / life.
Niches can be B2B (business to business) or B2C (business to consumer).
All niches, are B2P (business to person - after all, who runs a business? a person!).
Foundation 2: Problem
Money is made when value is created.
Value is created when pain is alleviated.
Pain is alleviated when problems are solved (application of critical information etc)
^ at this point you should know we need to solve a problem to make money.
Problems are unwelcome obstacles or situations that prevent a person from achieving a desired situation or outcome.
Problems are shared by a niche. Niches share many problems but there are always a few big ones that MOST niche members have and find painful.

Examples:
Recovering binge eaters: cravings, relapse, self hate, body image Restaurants: finding good chefs, low profit margins, seasonal trade
^ Once again, I am not recommending these niches, nor am I not recommending these niches. They are examples. Don't be dumb. I don't want to see 1,000 consulting businesses spring up suddenly helping restauranti-find good chefs, lol. Think for yourself. I don't even know if these problems exist, I'm guessing. So don't base your entire financial future on one of my random guesses. Foundation 3: Solution
A solution is the manifestation of the application of accurate and appropriate critical information to a problem.
Niches pay for solutions. Solutions feel good. When a solution is created, pain is alleviated and your product is associated with value.
Examples:
- Recovering binge eaters: cravings, relapse, self hate, body image
^ training on craving management, reframing body image, etc (what do I know? lol)
- Restaurants: finding good chefs, low profit margins, seasonal trade
^ done-for-you local chef finding, a new profitable dish to sell etc (what do I know, lol)
The solution is what you bring to the table to solve the problem. Its an amalgamation of the critical information you've sought, found and processed, ready to apply.
Solutions create results.

Foundation 4: Result
Solutions create results. A result is simply the synthesis (outcome) that happens as a result of the application of the antithesis (solution) to the thesis (problem).
Results are not binarily 'good' or 'bad'. They work on a scale of weak to strong. This can depend on how much time it took, how easy it was, how good the end result is, etc.
Knowledge → better decisions → better results → more opportunities → more knowledge
