Keep track of your eating goals every week with this easy template
Catalogue your nutritional goals in the first table (examples listed below). As you meet your specific goal per day, click the circles in “my daily tracker” to mark your progress for the week! Use the date column to indicate which week, choosing the Sunday of the week you are tracking. The dates will be filtered, so you have an easy view of only the goals for this week. You can leverage the calendar below to capture your trends over time, and see how you are progressing week to week.
🏆 Challenge your friends or coworkers to meet a specific nutrition goal and track your progress together!
Need some extra motivation to hit your goals? Work with a friend and challenge each other in a friendly competition to see who is “winning” to complete your nutrition goals per week.
In the “who is winning” column, you will be able to see how you are faring as the challenger against your friend. The name of whoever is tracking more days of completion will pop up as the “winner”
In the “winning tracker” you can see who is winning more frequently in an easy pie chart view
