Continued Research & Collaboration Post Fellowship
In the future, we aim to significantly broaden our scope by including more states in our analysis. We're committed to expanding beyond our current focus areas to capture a comprehensive view of anti and pro-trans legislative trends across the nation. To achieve this, we plan to leverage advanced technologies to automate the ingestion of data from sources like LegiScan, streamlining the process and ensuring real-time updates. Additionally, collaboration is at the core of our approach, and we are actively seeking to engage with a diverse range of partners and collaborators. By sharing the underlying code and data with trusted movement leaders and allies, we aim to foster transparency and empower advocacy efforts nationwide. Ultimately, our goal is to develop a national scorecard that provides invaluable insights into anti and pro-trans legislative voting habits, serving as a vital resource for policymakers, activists, and communities alike. For those interested in collaborating on this important initiative, please reach out to us at

Acknowledgments & Thank Yous
Our project and research efforts are dedicated wholeheartedly to the trans community, especially honoring our trans siblings who have been tragically lost due to healthcare inequities, hate crimes, or the lack of access to life-saving resources. Though they are no longer with us physically, their spirits remain with us, guiding and inspiring our work toward a more just and inclusive world. We are deeply grateful for their presence in our lives and commit to honoring their memory through our ongoing advocacy and activism.
We're immensely grateful to re:power for enabling us to conduct this vital research. To all those who have supported us along the way, your unwavering encouragement has been invaluable.
