I sorted all my things (clothes, notebooks, pens, photos, dishes, towels...) and keep only thing that bring me joy, that I’ll take to my future and that I would buy again
I set clear boundaries in all relationship and carefully choose people
I found books/videos/audios/... that I can re-read/watch/listen in order to keep focus on my goals
