If a users has been , then can be reactivated if they require access to the system again. To re-activate a users, click the activate button on the user row.
A pop-up will be displaying, telling the users that an will be sent to the users requesting them to create a new password and login. Click the OK button to proceed.
Another pop-up will be displayed confirming that an email has been sent to the users requesting a password reset.
Once this is complete, the user will be display with a Deactivate button.
