When a user no longer requires access to PortfolioCloud, or no longer is permitted access to PortfolioCloud, they can be deactivated.
When a users is deactivated, all access to PortfolioCloud is withdrawn.
To deactivate a user, click on the Deactivate button on the user row.
A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the decativation, click the OK button.
If successful, another pop-up will be displaying confirming the deactivation.
And the user will now be displayed with an Activate button.
