Creating Teams

After navigating to the

Team⁠

tab inside Agent Managament, Admin/Agent users can create and edit teams.

To create a new team, click on the New Team button

Enter a Team Name and click Create Team

⁠

⁠

The new team will then be available to manage in the Teams Tab

⁠

⁠
