Clearing Draft Weight

If the user saves a set of Draft Weight changes, but wishes to delete those draft changes, they can use the Clear Draft button.

The clear draft button will set the NewWeights back to the previously set of weights, and a row will be adde to the

Change History⁠

to capture a record of the change.
