New Store import process

MarketPlaet / CKE New store import process and Adyen metadata management

1. Adyen Metadata Configuration

Please refer to the attached detailed guide for configuring Adyen metadata. All metadata values are managed directly from the Marketplate dashboard under the Stores section: While we can provide a Marketplate Mapping ID reference if required, managing this becomes increasingly difficult as the number of locations grows. To address this, the system provides a Store Internal ID, which allows you to define and manage the identifier in a way that best fits your internal processes. This ID can then be reverse-mapped within Adyen as needed, offering greater flexibility and long-term maintainability.

2. New Store Import via Deliverect

New stores are imported into Marketplate through Deliverect. Below are the required steps for a successful new store setup:
Ensure the Marketplate channel is properly configured in Deliverect:
Register
Activate
Push Menu
Once the store is registered in Deliverect, Marketplate will automatically sync all store-related information.
After the store is imported, the following details must be updated manually:
Spoonity Loyalty Store ID
In-store Loyalty Key These are required for loyalty functionality and in-store check-in to work correctly.
The Adyen Merchant ID must be updated as a back-office process via an email request.
After syncing, the store will be marked as a Test Store by default. This ensures that live users do not see the store immediately.
**It is strongly recommended to validate all store operations during this phase before making the store live. Note: Please plan for 3–4 days of setup time for any new store going forward to account for configuration, validation, and back-office updates. Please let us know if you need the Marketplate Mapping ID reference or any assistance during the setup process.
