When creating their account, the user is able to select their date of birth. However, when the user enters their “personal information” menu (after their account has been created) the DOB does not match with the one they selected. The date of birth shown on the app is a day after the one that was selected by the user.
In this case, the date of birth was established during the onboarding process.

Sometimes, when the user enters the app, it crashes and it does not allow the user to visualize the main menu or anything. Sometimes, this crashing continues even after closing and opening the app and suddenly it works again.

Once the user has placed an order, the order details screen show the aproximate time when the order will be ready. However, this time does not match with the time in which the user is making the order.
In the example showed in the screenshots attached, the order was placed at 3:09 PM, but the time shown as when the order will be ready is 01:21 PM (almost two hours prior to when the order was placed).

When the user places a pickup order for a later time, this order starts to be created immediately; instead of being prepared later so that the user can pick it up in the scheduled pick up time.

When opening the app, the user visualizes everything in English (shown in blue), even when the app has been configured to be seen in Spanish (shown in red).

When selecting a restaurant to order from, the user can visualize three buttons on the upper pat of the locations, where they can choose Nearby, Previous and Favourite stores. However, these three buttons appear in English when the app is configured to be shown in Spanish. (these translations cannot be modified from Marketplate)

In the main menu, the user can visualize the “My promos” section. Currently in this section, the user can visualize a 20% coupon. However, this coupon can’t be used (does not work) and it had been previously removed, but it showed up again.

When the user selects a location to order from, they can choose to share their location in order to visualize the distance to the nearest store. However, the distance is shown in miles. In Mexico, the most commonly used measurement is the decimal metric system, so the distances shown in app should be shown in kilometers.

When creating an order that includes a combo, the total of the order is incorrect.
Select the Category Big Angus Burger Combos→ Select the product El Diablo Big Angus Burger Combo - The price on the App is 235.00 Pesos, The app the ask for Sides, select Francesa Chica — Select Bebida → Soda chica —>Sabor Sprite. The app shows a yellow boton ADD with a total for $406, the sides choosed are the combo default, they doesn’t increase the combo price.

The user visualizes the screen that shows his complete order. He has added two “normal” items from the menu and one redemption/reward item. Both items from the menu have the correct price next to them; however, the redemption item shows its normal price even when the user has clicked the “Apply” button below the redemption item. The cost of the redeemed item is also added to the total sum of the user’s order.

Order failed: The order # 3176829 was processed correctly on the app but received an error from deliverect, status Failed. The app doesn’t update with the error and shows several minutes after the status order confirmed. We received a notification by email that the order was cancelled, but as today on the app still appear as order confirmed.
