we have received the following report: In the main menu, the user can visualize the different social media sites of Carl’s Jr. The buttons to these sites in the iOS version have no issue; however, in Android the buttons take the user to the canadian sites of the Carl’s Jr’s social media. Also, in Android there is no tiktok button. The social media sites are correct in the Marketplate settings, but somehow they change in the Android version.

In the Border Star store INDUSTRIAS (store ID 16845) the menu categories in the app are shown as duplicated. For example, “Breakfast-Desayunos” is a category, but “Desayunos” is another category. Every category seems to be duplicated in English-Spanish and then Spanish again. ​These categories are not duplicated in Deliverect (screenshot attached), so we know the issue does not come from that end. We have also attached a screenshot showing the menu categories from a different store (Aeropuertos) from the same franchise (Border Star). This screenshot shows the correct categories that should be shown on the menu. Every category should be shown once in Spanish (if this is the language that has been configured to be used in the app).

In the app’s main menu, the user can visualize the total number of stars they have accumulated. This is seen as a number and a bar that shows different milestones in the amount of stars (showing milestones at 5000, 10000 and 15000 stars). However, these amounts need to be changed to quantities that relate to the new equivalency of stars (1 star for every 10 pesos). We suggest that these milestones show 50, 75 and 100 stars (which match the new equivalency and the new levels of rewards).

The user reports issues while using Apple Pay. They indicate that, when attempting to add the card, the system displays the following error message: “Could not connect to the server.” Additionally, it was reported that other colleagues have experienced the same behavior when trying to register their cards in Apple Pay. In one of the reported cases, after several consecutive attempts, the card setup process was completed successfully.

When creating their account, the user is able to select their date of birth. However, when the user enters their “personal information” menu (after their account has been created) the DOB does not match with the one they selected. The date of birth shown on the app is a day after the one that was selected by the user.
In this case, the date of birth was established during the onboarding process.

Once the user has placed an order, the order details screen show the aproximate time when the order will be ready. However, this time does not match with the time in which the user is making the order.
In the example showed in the screenshots attached, the order was placed at 3:09 PM, but the time shown as when the order will be ready is 01:21 PM (almost two hours prior to when the order was placed).

In Mexico, the most commonly used measurement is the decimal metric system, so the distances shown in app should be shown in kilometers.

When creating an order that includes a combo, the total of the order is incorrect.
Select the Category Big Angus Burger Combos→ Select the product El Diablo Big Angus Burger Combo - The price on the App is 235.00 Pesos, The app the ask for Sides, select Francesa Chica — Select Bebida → Soda chica —>Sabor Sprite. Order failed: The order # 3176829 was processed correctly on the app but received an error from deliverect, status Failed. What we've been told is that if an order is placed but, for whatever reason, it doesn't go through the POS system and the order is canceled, the stars are still added and are not subsequently deducted.We've attached a before-and-after photo

A user created their account from the app and was gifted 1,000 stars as a welcome reward. On March 13th, the user made their first order (#3323847) equivalent to $79.00 MXN (which awards them 790 stars) successfully. The same day, the user attempted to place two additional orders equivalent to $44.00 MXN (which would award them 440 stars). These two additional orders (#3324008 y #3323989) were cancelled automatically; but the user still received 440 for each of these orders, which were added to the user’s total star count even when the order was cancelled.
At the moment, the user has 2,670 total stars, which are equivalent to the 1000 welcome reward, the first successful $79.00 order, and both of the $44.00 cancelled orders; when in reality, the user should only have 1,790 stars.

(iOS 188)Lack of birthday reward
The user Alexandra Sanchez () registered her birthday as March 15th. However, on this day, she did not visualize any birthday coupon or reward when selecting the Rewards menu. The only text that was shown indicated “You don not have any vouchers right now. new offers will show here”, which is the same screen the users visualize on any day different to their birthday.

When a user selects a combo in an ICR franchise restaurant, the app will automatically ask them to select a side dish (fries, criss cut, onion rings, etc). The images of these products are not shown in the iOS app (images 1 and 2); however they ARE shown in the Android app (images 3 and 4). After selecting a side, the user needs to select a beverage. When selecting a soda, they can select the flavor and choose with or without ice. However, in the iOS menu these options are not always shown (image 5). In Android, the user can select to add ice/whipped cream depending on the beverage (images 6 and 7). ​It is important to note that in Android, all of the combos and their modifiers are shown clearly and without issues. All of these issues can vary depending in the location and product. For example; the Sendero Ensenada and Rosarito stores do show the modifiers and images for sodas and sides (not milkshakes) when selecting a hamburger combo; but they stop showing all images and modifiers altogether when selecting a chicken specialty combo. In other stores like Cedros and Santa Cecilia, the modifiers for all beverages are shown when selecting a hamburger combo, but no modifiers are shown when selecting a chicken specialty combo. We need your help understanding why does this issue happen and what is the right channel to fix it (Deliverect, marketplate, app configuration, etc). The main problem we identified is the changing of modifier options between systems (iOS/Android) We have also attatched three videos (one taken from an Android device and two others from an iOS device) hoping it will help visualize the issue. Please let us know if you need any further screenshots/videos showing this issue.

Customer birthdays in the app are off by one day so customers cannot redeem their birthday reward on the actual day. A girl wanted to redeem her birthday reward as it was her birthday today, April 9. When we scanned her app it showed her birthday as 2026-04-10(tomorrow) so obviously nothing appeared in her rewards. I got her to check her profile in the app and it shows her birthday as 2009-04-10 so the correct year and month but still off by one day. I then scanned and checked my own app profile and got 6 of my employees to check their apps and same thing…For example, when my app was scanned, it shows 2026-11-06 and in my profile it shows 1977-11-06. My birthday is Nov. 5. Long story short this is not right, customers should be able to get their reward on their special day, we shouldn't have to ask them to redeem another day.
Another customer came in and wanted to use the 2OFFSALAD code they received by email for April 6-12. When they click the Redeem Offer button it takes them to the online ordering platform to select delivery or pickup, there is no QR code to scan to redeem the offer. We had to use the $2 off coupon button instead. For tracking purposes this is silly because if we use the $2 off button there is no way to differentiate whether it was from an email offer or a paper coupon we gave out at an event.

When a user enters the “Order” menu, they can select to use their location with the app. When selecting the “Allow to use location while using the app”, the map shown to the user is updated to their nearby area (which is the correct behavior of the app). However, when the user closes the app and opens it again, the map shows a region that does not match the user’s location.

When the user starts to place an order in a specific store, they can select whether they plan to pick up their order immediately or in a later period of time. When the user select a PILOT store, they can see the full available times in which they can pick up their order. However, when choosing a NON PILOT store, the schedule table appears empty or shows no available times. In the attached video, first we try to show the available times for a NON PILOT stores (Pacífico). When changing to a PILOT store (Tecamachalco) the user can visualize the whole list of available times. In this example, we selected the 3:15 PM time slot. When changing to another NON PILOT store (Universidad) the time selected in the PILOT store is saved, but when trying to change this time, the list of available times is emp´ty due to the fact of it being a NON PILOT store. (this also happens in the iOS 213 version)

In the Reward Details, the user can visualize the available stars in their account, as well as the equivalence of stars per spent peso. However, this equivalence was recently changed to 10 pesos = 1 star. In the Rewards scree, this equivalence is actually shown as “10 pesos = 10 stars” which is incorrect, the numbers of the equivalence cannot be modified from the settings menu in MP.

regarding delivery times, we made an adjustment in Deliverect by reducing the values in the Average preparation time and Average delivery time fields. However, after testing by placing an order at 1:05, we observed that the app indicates the order will be ready for pickup at 01:19, meaning it still shows an estimated time of approximately 15 minutes despite the changes made.
