Focus area rationale:

AI is changing how we work.
It is creating new jobs, improving old ones and reshaping talent needs. Instead of being scared and wary of AI, we want to embrace it and the possibilities it creates.
Our inherent belief/hypothesis that the future will be people augmented by AI drives this focus area. To create this future, we need to build +ai talent.
The first step to this process is understanding the current reality of talent and the job market, and identifying needs/areas of intervention.
