1. Getting Started
Target: Completely fill in and sign all necessary documents prior to transferring your license. Onboarding Link:
Standard Documents: ICA, Agent Attraction Pledge, W9, Compensation Plan: Business Builder/Revshare State Specific Documents: Form 812 Team Documents: Team Agreement The agent will start the onboarding process via the ICA Wizard which currently assists with ensuring that the standard documents are completed. If the agent is onboarding within a state that requires additional documents and/or the agent is joining a team, the onboarding specialist will send the additional documents to the agent via dotloop to be filled out and signed. Once the documents have been completed and reviewed the agent will move to the next step.
2. License Transfer
Target: To start and finish the license transfer process. Communication: License Transfer Email & Text Notification Attachment(s): Form 812 signed by the agent & the principal broker 1. Once the agent has completed all documents and the documents have been approved, the Onboarding Specialist will notify the Broker Admin. 2. The Broker Admin will then email the new agent the license transfer instructions and attach the form 812 (if needed). In the license transfer instructions we ask that once they completed the process that they send us a screenshot and in the subject line or in the email body put the association, board, and/or MLS that they are a part of or want to join. We also include a list of the current associations, boards, and MLS that we’re affiliated with. 3. Upon receiving the screenshot and/or other notice that the agent has completed their license transfer the Principal Broker (BIC) will be notified and approval from them is required before the Broker Admin can declare that the agent is active.
3. License Active
Target: Getting Familiar with tools, what’s available, and the community Communication: License Active Email & Text Notification Attachment(s): Success Starter 1. Once the agent has been approved, the Broker Admin will send an email to the new agent letting them know that they’re officially active and a text message. 2. The email will include what we call our “Success Starter” which includes the following information: Team Member information, General Information, and Association/MLS Information. In the license transfer instructions we ask that once they completed the process that they send us a screenshot and in the subject line or in the email body put the association, board, and/or MLS that they are a part of or want to join. We also include a list of the current associations, boards, and MLS that we’re affiliated with. 3. When sending the email and text message notifications the Onboarding Specialist will also be notified to assist the agent with systems install (if needed) along with providing additional information available to all of our agents. 4.
