2.1 Objectives

Event Page. Here we will define Enterprise wide Objectives for each of the Development Value Streams (DVS). Ideally no more and no less than three Objectives per DVS
Instructions
There should be around three Objectives for each Development Value stream Defined in The Business Model Design Space Section. Strategic Planning Team Members should do the following Steps:
In "PART 1 - Establish Objectives" Section...
STEP 1: Enter Objectives and Strategic Themes definitions for each DVS.
STEP 2: Group and consolidate similar Objectives. Add or delete rows as necessary
STEP 3: Upvote or downvote objectives to prioritize them. Select Objectives for the current cycle
STEP 4: Agree on final list of objectives for each Development Value Stream
In "PART 2 - Evaluate Objectives" Section...
STEP 5: Take the time to evaluate each objective as directed
STEP 6: Discuss if Objective is simple, complete, qualitative, and future oriented. Check as appropriate
STEP 7: Vote for each Objective if you considered it to be ambitious, challenging and/or inspiring
STEP 8: Review Objectives and change or adjust as necessary
STEP 9: Assign Objective to one single person and define priority in the required field
