Event Page. Here we establish a shared understanding of the current Business Model Canvas as a Baseline for the entire enterprise. This is a Strategic Planning Team activity done in real time
Instructions
There are 9 blocks in the Baseline Business Model Canvas. Each one has a view designed to enter statements related to each Block. Strategic Planning Team Members should do the following Steps:
STEP 1: Enter statements for each block at own discretion. Group and consolidate similar statements
STEP 2: Upvote or downvote statements to check for consensus
STEP 3: Agree on final list of statements for each block. Complete all blocks with relevant information
