Event Page. Here we develop an understanding of the environment in which the Business is created and operated. Much in the style of Porter's 5 Forces.
Instructions

As a Scrum Master, prepare an Event for the whole Strategic Planning Team to evaluate the Business Environment of the Enterprise. This is an activity that may be started asynchronous, but should be ended in real time. It may be done online, remotely or in a conference room.

Team Members should do the following steps:
STEP 1: Members should fill every card of the Business Model Design Space at their own discretion
STEP 2: Members should group, consolidate and prioritized similar statements
STEP 3: Members should agree on final list of statements for each card
STEP 4: All cards should be completed with relevant information
