We are beginning an important project to assist Acme Co. in ensuring the optimal performance of their web application. Your role in identifying any issues will be crucial to our success.
Please thoroughly review all the information provided in this document. A detailed understanding will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to our goal of supporting Acme Co. Read it twice for a deeper insight, and a third time to master the content fully.

INTRODUCTION

Acme Co. is a Loss Prevention Service company serving both mid-and-micro-market retail stores.
Its service involves periodically reviewing both the security footage and inventory logs of the customer's location, then reporting said theft incidents to the Customer at a monthly basis. Acme Co. is developing a web app called “Store Theft Analytics” which contains User Dashboard and Incident Summary.

Scope

The scope of testing includes functional testing, UI/UX testing, API testing, and automation testing for the following components:
1.1 User Dashboard
a centralized dashboard to display reported theft incidents.
accessible from the main navigation within their client dashboard.
1.2 Incident Summary
Provide users with a summarized view of reported theft incidents.
Display key metrics such as total incidents, average incident severity, and recent incidents.
