We are beginning an important project to assist Acme Co. in ensuring the optimal performance of their web application. Your role in identifying any issues will be crucial to our success.

INTRODUCTION
Acme Co. is a Loss Prevention Service company serving both mid-and-micro-market retail stores.
Its service involves periodically reviewing both the security footage and inventory logs of the customer's location, then reporting said theft incidents to the Customer at a monthly basis. Acme Co. is developing a web app called “Store Theft Analytics” which contains User Dashboard and Incident Summary.
Scope
The scope of testing includes functional testing, UI/UX testing, API testing, and automation testing for the following components:
