Central Job Matcher

We will have a Central Job Matcher whose responsibility will be to review each request and schedule an intake call with the job seeker. Based on the intake call, the Central Job Matcher will reach out to the relevant volunters in the job seeker’s desired industry to schedule a follow-up call.

Community based Parnassa Connectors

We will have a volunteer group of job connectors and coaches called ‘Parnassa Coaches’ (PCs). Each PC would be responsible for receiving inquiries from the Central Job Matcher based on the job seeker’s preferences and would reach out to the job seeker directly to help find a position within their desired industry, while also serving as a business coach (resume assistance / intereview prepration as needed).

Online Job Board (Coming Soon)

A city based job board where we can automatically collect job opportunities and allow people to privately post their resume and what they are looking for.

Monthly Meetups (Coming Soon)

The group of PC’s would meet up once a month to share some of the individuals that are searching for jobs. Similar to the shidduch meetups.

The group will be connected digitally to share issues, ideas and best paths for helping individuals.
