IRA Application is a tool that allows our participant submit an online application and easily open an IRA account with us.

Overview

Role

I am the product designer for this project. I lead and execute the product from design through implementation and collaborate with the business and engineers. I also played a part in the product manager role to gather requirements for the developer and planned the product roadmap.

Problem Space

Recently, over a million-dollar has been distributed every year, and the business sees the opportunity to promote our Slavic IRA. However, the current process is a pretty manual process

Solution

We replaced part of the manual process by implementing a self-served online application for the user and eliminate unnecessary back and forth emails between the agent and the participant.
