The Pack can only be used by private Microsoft users (e.g. packwhaleio@outlook.com) or by professional user accounts (e.g. pack@packwhale.io) which are using Exchange Online (on-prem mailboxes are not supported).
If you are experiencing the following error when syncing the “Messages” table: “Microsoft Outlook Mail took too long to respond” it might be caused by a timeout due to too many mail folders within your inbox.
Try to exclude folders information from the request via the “Exclude Folders” parameter and start the sync again.
If you want to send the content of a doc page as a HTML email, you need to add the “toText()” function to the formula.
