There are 3 dot icon for handling the edit and delete and there are also multiple delete
There are a filter with service and sort by order form created Date

There are main 3 part of order form creation
Main service (Multiple selection)
Form Components selection where Addons, Upsell and Signature can be selected only one time. Rest of the component can be selected multiple
And After filling up all required info need form name to create order form
Validations
Main service at-least one is required
Form components at-least one is required
Form name is required
Same Currency for main service, upsell, and add-ons is required
Same service type for main service, upsell and add-ons is required
Functionality
User can select multiple main service but all of the service will be same currency So If user select USD service as first one then all of the other service should show as USD currency Services
If first service is subscription then all the other service in the main dropdown also should be subscription. If first service is oneTime then all the other service in the main service dropdown should be oneTime. This is v1 logic confirmed by Shaown bhai. Next version the logic will be changed
User can select any of the components from add components. But Add-ons, Upsell and signature can be selected only onetime.
There will be a preview mode where all of the selected components will show how it look like when it will be on the client end.
All of the components will be act like intake form but add-ons, upsell will act kind of different.
In add-ons If user select subscription main service then all the add-ons type should be subscription
In upsell if user select onetime main service then all the upsell type should be oneTime
