We're excited to introduce Webhooks in Agency Handy! A webhook is a lightweight, user-defined HTTP callback that enables web applications to communicate with each other in real time. When a specific event occurs in one application, it triggers a webhook that sends an HTTP request to a pre-configured URL of another application. This allows the receiving application to respond immediately to the event without the need for continuous polling.
