We are changing the way how multiple services in manual orders work, but don't worry, if you already have multiple services, we have a solution.
What's changing?
In Agency Handy, agency owners could add multiple services when creating a manual order for a service, but due to technical complexities on our end, we unfortunately cannot provide this feature anymore.
Our goal is to provide a seamless experience and remove any barriers for agencies when using our product. We hope you understand why we decided to go forward with our decision.
But I already have multiple services, what do I do?
If you already have multiple services in one ongoing order, you can edit the order in the note section you can write what services are included in this order.
