This document outlines the product requirements for an enhanced client onboarding email automation feature within Agency-Handy. The goal is to streamline the onboarding process and improve communication with new clients.
2. User Stories
As an agency owner, I want the option to send a signup email to a new client immediately after adding them to the system, so I can promptly initiate communication.
As an agency owner, I want the option to delay sending a sign up email to a new client, so I can personalize the message or schedule it for a later date.
As an agency owner, I want the option to send a Sign up email to all clients imported through a CSV file, so I can efficiently onboard multiple clients at once.
As an agency owner, I want the option to send a Sign up email directly from the client list view, so I can easily initiate communication with specific clients.
3. Requirements
Add Client:
Upon adding a new client, include a checkbox or dropdown menu with options for:
"Send Signup Email Now": Triggers an immediate welcome email upon saving the new client.
"Don't Send Sign up Email": Option to skip sending a welcome email.
Import Client:
During the client import process using a CSV file, provide an option to:
"Send Sign up Email": Triggers a welcome email for each imported client.
"Don't Send Sign up Email": Option to skip sending welcome emails for imported clients.
List View:
Within the client list view, add an action button or checkbox to allow sending a Sign-up email to selected clients.
