Order Form, Service grouping and add-on.

Service add on

While creating a service Agency will have an option stating “Make this an add on”

If Agency selects it this will create an add on for a service

Add-ons will have two types of pricing.

subscription

One time

Add-ons can only be purchased with a service.

Add-ons will be added in the same order as the service.

An One time priced service cannot have “subscription” add on

A subscription pricing service can have both “one-time” and “Subscription” add on

In subscription add on the billing cycle will be overridden with service subscription billing cycle

One add-on can be added to multiple services using order form

Order form.

Order forms will directly impact the purchase flow

The order form will be used in both catalog (without sign in) and signed in

It will be a basic drag and drop system.

Agency can select the service list where the order form will be active

An option to select all services or a single/multiple services.

“single” will override the “all service.”

User can select the require fields.

Quantity and budget will be default. (will not be in the component it is by default)

When a client clicks on purchase order form (data fields) will be shown

It will be a basic drag and drop system

Additional service (Upsell)

Agency can select services they want to upsell with a service

when creating an order each service will have separate order

initial payment invoice will be together

follow-up invoice will be separate order based

Add-on

Agency can add addon for services.

if the service pricing in one-time add-ons with subscription can’t be added

A subscription pricing service can have both “one-time” and “Subscription” add on

add on will be with the initial services order.

Terms and condition

A text box where agency will their terms and condition

Client will just get a checkmark to agree

If terms and condition are required with checking the agreement payment button will be disabled

If a page break is given the following sections will show in the next page

A signature section where client can give e signature
