We have operating principles.
In my opinion “company values” are not a useful way to tell you about who we are and what we care about. Values are not instructive and they are only understood in hindsight after studying how one’s actions and intentions match up. Our preference is to tell you how we operate.

We work together
Our office is located in SOMA / China Basin, just a couple blocks from South Park, the 4th and King Cal-Train station, and Oracle Park.
Our working model is “default in-person”
Default in-person means you’re in the office unless there is a specific reason not to be i.e. you’re onsite with customers, you’re at a conference, you’re not feeling well
Why? We think that this is critical to correctly set the direction and tempo for the company in our early days. Building connections with one another is just as important as building the product and doing so in person is a qualitatively better experience from doing so over Zoom.
We care deeply about output and results, so we’re trying to stack the deck in favor of that by doing our work together, in-person
