User onboarding on Slack is just a 2 step process. If the Slack app called “Nurture.IQ” is already not present in the Apps section (in the left Nav bar of Slack) as shown in the following:
Click on “Add apps” and search for the “Nurture” and the app should be present upfront. Add the application to your Slack.
Without signing into Nurturev, the page will look like the following image
Click on “Sign up Now” and sign in via Slack to start seeing signals.
Note, that while signing up the correct workspace is chosen. Sometimes when a user is a part of multiple workspaces, it is important to choose the right workspace from the dropdown as shown below. (The red box highlights the dropdown to choose the workspace)
Once signed in based on the permissions that have been configured, the signals for the relevant accounts should be visible.
