General tips
Anyone with previous experience of chatting with GPTs will know that their primary goal, and default prompting, defines their behaviour to give quick solutions to general problems. As such it is very tempting to speak to Noa in the same way.
However, Noa has been built different - its primary goal is to help you reach your own understandings through probing and `hand-holding` through structured, stepped, evaluated dialogic protocols, each with a preset aim. And we have found through practice and feedback that the best way to get the most out of sessions with Noa is to read, understand, and act on the prompts that it gives you.
Indeed, one very insightful bit of feedback we recently received on
is that while it requires you to define through long prompts who the AI is, with Noticing the challenge is in defining who you are, giving you space to explore your values and opinions.
So if we can give one tip, it would be to let Noa take the driving seat and ask the questions - the results can be quite rewarding!
