As every conversation with Noa reaches its conclusion, so a summary report and any outputs are automatically generated. These include printable lesson plans, shareable reports on insights and decisions reached after reflection, and prioritised and polished exploratory questions ready to think about data-collection.
The information and format of each output will vary depending on the type of conversation.
Editing
All outputs contain texts which are editable. Often they contain summaries and insights extracted from your conversations and while Noa tries its best to encapsulate your intended meaning, there is room for error, and editing the output is your opportunity to refine it and take ownership of it.
You may especially wish to review an output before sharing it with others.
Privacy
By default every conversation and output on Noticing is private to you.
If you would like to share an output/report/summary with e.g a human mentor/class teacher, and/or messages from a conversation/chat with e.g. a your institution/head of module for the purposes of R&D, each output page contains options to share:
Your division assistant: this will share only the output/report/summary, not the conversation.
Your unit coordinator: this will share both the output/report/summary report and the messages from the conversation/chat.
NOTE: Demo coordinator and Demo assistant in the above screenshot are from a demo account, usually this would be the name of your unit coordinator and division assistant, respectively.
Also note, once set, you can change these settings at any time.
