Introducing The Toolkit To Your Team

This agenda is for a full day introduction to process mapping workshop. This will equip people who have never mapped a process before with ability to map a process. Feel free to break up the sections into meetings over multiple days as necessary. The process maps you create do not have to be perfect, they just have to be understandable and useful to those in the process.

Check-in – We recognize that everyone comes to meetings at different places in their days and lives. Ask every person in the room, “How are you?”

Impromptu Connecting⁠

– Quick! Pair up with someone you have not met or have not spoken to in a while and answer the prompted question. After four minutes, switch partners and do it again!

Next Steps

Once you have mapped your process and identified areas of waste, you now have a highly visible process that your team can reference at any time. Use your new resource to guide future decisions and better understand the roles of everyone involved in the process you mapped.
