Go to the
Your Company Editors
Enter your name into the
Your Users
Table. This is useful for using the Candidates Filters
Go to the
Teams & Open Roles
page to begin setting up any open positions
Enter all of your company teams which may be seeking new hires into the
Company Teams
table
Enter any open role you are seeking to fill under the
Open Roles
Table
Under the
Open Roles
→ Templates Column, create your interview template for each candidate.
Relevant statuses for your hiring workflow are also found here under the
Status
table
Go to the
Candidates
page
Enter each new applicant under the
Candidate Table
When you click the
↗️ Open
button the Template for the candidate will be filled out based on the Open Roles Template, if the Notes are still blank. This prevents overwriting the notes after anything is added in the future.
