Sustainable Employment Opportunities for Older Adults: Overview

More Americans are working longer out of financial need, with limited choice and growing risk. We can align existing resources to give them more and better work options.
Welcome to the NewImpact.share site for a project that explored economic security and employment opportunities for older Americans. The documents and findings on this site are the result of an innovation catalyst project led by NewImpact between July 2021 - January 2022. The project aimed to uncover new solutions that leverage the resources of the public, private, and social sectors to reduce economic insecurity for older Americans—ultimately focusing on the challenge of expanding employment opportunities for older adults.
