This page showcases the Homebuyer Help platform in action. Below is a visualization of how the model could work, along with a video walk-through demo of a buyer’s journey using this platform.
The platform—and process it facilitates—helps a buyer connect with trusted advice and counseling to help them understand their options, expand their choices, and buy a home. The platform brings together counselors, lenders, realty professionals, government housing offices, and other specialists—in support of a better buyer experience. Regardless of whether the buyer ends up buying a home, the process would also help boost the user’s understanding of the process and result in financial empowerment.

A core goal of the platform is to improve the buyer’s experience by helping them find and connect with resources that will help them prepare to buy a home. You can of the buyer’s experience using this platform—to illustrate what the flow could look like for a simplified buying journey.
