2. Determine the relevant stakeholders

Understanding who (both individually and collectively) has something at stake with the decision that needs to be made helps ensure we are looking at the case from multiple perspectives. Two questions to ask to identify key stakeholders are:
Who identified in the case study would be affected negatively or positively by the outcome of the decision?
What other individuals or groups of people, whether named in the case study or not, would be significantly impacted by the outcome of the decision?
