What’s different about this program compared to the intro skill ladder? Not much - we still have events for you to join, and continued support from The
Team & peers on Slack! You can expect the challenges to be slightly more rigorous and there is NO team component.
Please also note the following about challenge cadence & due dates:
Consulting (for both tech + mgmt) - all 4 challenges will be released on Wednesday January 18th but you have until the Wednesday February 1st to complete them! The due dates are simply there as a guide or recommendation.
Finance, Accounting & Biz Essentials - all 2 challenges will be released on the Wednesday January 18th, but you have until the Wednesday February 1st to complete them! The due dates are simply there as a guide or recommendation.

Throughout the program, we will host a variety of virtual events to help you on your career journey! While these are optional, they are highly encouraged for all those you can attend. By attending some of these, you will also earn additional skill badges beyond those earned through the platform.
