Total sales increased by 23% in January compared to December. There was an increase in search volume for our branded keyword 'Precardix', which contributed to the growth in sales as more customers were searching the brand. We also saw a significant increase in ad spend as we experienced more clicks and impressions grew by 33.8%. However, ad sales only grew by 2.3% so we saw an increase in ACOS, and a decline in ROAS.
The Pack of 1 accounted for 62% of the total sales (152 units sold), while the Pack of 2 accounted for 38% of the total sales (98 units sold).

In January, there was a decrease in the conversion rate for Pack of 1, as well as a significant decrease in the conversion rate for Pack of 2, as we experienced a significant increase in traffic to our pages.

We ran a 15% off coupon for the Pack of 2 on first time Subscribe and Save orders from December 15th until January 15th. The coupon was redeemed 13 times and we saw the subscription count increase by 7.1% in January.
Repeat Purchase Behaviour
In January, we observed an increase in repeat orders for the Pack of 2 while the Pack of 1 repeat orders decreased.

We received a total of 8 purchases via the Attribution links, all of them through the website.
Storefront Analytics
In January, there was a significant decline in storefront visitors, orders and sales compared to December.
There was a total of 302 visitors, 137 of whom were new to store visitors. On average, visitors spent 38 seconds on the storefront and half of them arrived at the storefront and left without further engagement with the store.
We received 2 orders through Amazon Sponsored Brands and one order through organic traffic. We had a similar number of visits through the Sponsored Brand ads, however this month we had far less conversions.
Ratings & Reviews
In January 2024, we received four 5-star reviews. However, we also received one negative review with a rating of 2-stars, along with two additional negative reviews rated at 1-star.
Refunds
In December, we had $400.24 in refunds. This month (January), we received $449.84 in refunds. No particular reason was provided by the customer for any of the refunds.
