Repeat Purchase Behaviour
In December, we noticed a decrease in repeat orders for the Pack of 2 compared to November, where we saw an increase, which could have been influenced by the promotion during BFCM. Conversely, the Pack of 1 experienced an increase in repeat orders during December.
Amazon Attribution & Storefront Analytics
We received a total of two purchases via the Attribution links, one through the website and one through social media.
Despite a decrease in the number of visitors in December, we experienced an increase in orders, receiving 12 compared to the 9 orders in November. The majority of sales came from the Product page, primarily through Sponsored Brand Ads and organic traffic generated by customers clicking the brand link on the product display page.
Ratings & Reviews
We did not receive any reviews in the month of December, however we did receive one 5-star rating and one 2-star rating. A 1-star review was also removed, however we do not have additional details on the review.
Refunds
In November, we had $89.45 in refunds. This month, we received $400.24 in refunds. No particular reason was provided by the customer for any of the refunds.
