Come here for artist packs / accreditation / festival information / general inquiries. For local artists, please be sure to come see us before your first gig. For artists arriving from interstate, we will deliver these to you upon arrival.
Look for the ARTIST HQ sign to find us. Both venues are accessible. If you cannot come to collect your accreditation inside of these hours, please email Grace to arrange an out-of-hours collection time.
Your artist pack includes a tote bag, t-shirt, your festival accreditation and a parking pass if relevant to your performance. Please come by to collect these packs will plenty of time before your festival performance, or even better – come the day before!

VENUE ACCESS + ACCREDITATION
Your accreditation will only give you access to the venue/site specific to your performance. It allows access to front of house and back of house at your venue during your event only – it will not give access on days when you are not performing.
All performing artists will still be required to check into the venues using the TasCheckIn app.
VACCINATION
All performing artists at Mona Foma 2022 are required to be double vaccinated against Covid-19 before 14 Jan, 2022. If you haven’t already, please send through proof of your vaccination to at your earliest convenience. If you need assistance booking a vaccination appointment, please reach out to our team to assist.
TICKETS, GUEST LIST AND PROGRAM
If you have made contractual arrangements for comp tickets, our artist operations team will be in touch with instructions on how to collect these comps. For any questions here, please get in touch with Grace.
The program has a huge number of free events and experiences we encourage you to see in your spare time.

PAYMENTS
Ideally you will have already submitted all your invoices to Emily-Rose Wills (contact details above.) If you haven’t done so, please forward all invoices in order to ensure prompt payment post festival. Any invoices submitted after 17 Jan 2022 may not be paid until the end of February.
MERCHANDISE
We will only be selling merch at a select number of venues. If you haven’t already made arrangements to sell merch, and you would like to, please email Grace.
FLIGHTS
If we have booked your flights, you will have received your flight itineraries already via email. They are also included in your festival itinerary. If you need to make any changes to any flight itineraries or if you have any questions regarding flights, please email Grace.
ACCOMMODATION
Where accommodation is provided, we cover room costs only. Members of the touring party must present a credit card and ID at check-in to cover any expenses, including mini-bar, breakfast, laundry and any other incidentals. All rooms are non-smoking.
The standard check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Early check in and/or late check out is at the discretion of the accommodation provider.
Any accommodation will be included in your festival itinerary. If you have any queries, please email Grace.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
If we are providing ground transport, this will be included on your itinerary. We have a team of friendly artist liaison drivers who will be rostered on to cover your transport and they will make contact with you directly before your first pick up.
PARKING AT VENUES
Parking is limited at many venues. If you need to drive to your gig, please get in touch with Grace to discuss options.
ONEMUSIC SET LIST FORM
OneMusic (formerly APRA) is a music rights organisation who pay royalties to member artists and control the licensing of live music in Australia. We require set lists from every artist performing on the festival to meet our licensing obligations and to be able to host events again in the future.

Alternatively we will have hard copies for you at the each of the venues where music is being performed.
Please note that final artist payments will not be sent out until these forms have been completed.
