Requirement gathering from the operations team and analysis for the competency-based appraisal product.

Document requirements comprehensively and align with stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Product Design Team to finalize screens and user flows.

Oversee the sprint-based implementation process with the Development Team.

Ecosystem Mobile App:

Define key features and functionality for the Ecosystem Mobile App.

Research and identify best practices in mobile app user experience.

Specify API endpoints needed from each product for seamless integration.

Partner with the UX Team to design user-centric screens and workflows.

Track progress with the Mobile Development Team to ensure timely delivery of the app MVP.

Data Integration Points:

Identify and prepare integration points between ecosystem products.

Draft an integration plan and ensure readiness for implementation in Q2.

Appraisal Product UI/UX:

Design user interfaces for the appraisal product for all users (Admin, Manager, Employee).

Mobile App UI/UX:

Design an intuitive UI/UX for a unified mobile app covering essential features:

Dashboards: Overview of strategy maps, task completion, and project milestones.

Push Notifications: Alerts from Workflow, Task, and ATS products.

Mobile-Optimized Reports:

Strategy Maps (from Strategy Management).

Project Milestones and Updates (from Project Management).

Employee Learning and Performance Metrics (from LMS and PMS).

Develop the MVP for the appraisal product, ensuring all essential features are operational.

Investigate and implement the API Generator Engine to streamline data exchange across products.

Focus on scalability, security, and modularity.

Normalize Level 0 customization layers to enable dynamic scalability across all ecosystem products.

Develop Level 0 customization layers for dynamic scalability in:

Strategy Management: Adding/removing frameworks.

LMS: Modular course structures.

PMS: Flexible KPI setups.

Ensure database structure separation for independent product scalability.

Mobile Development:

Build and deliver the MVP for the Ecosystem Mobile App, incorporating defined features and endpoints.
