Brand Story

It’s been a while since we moved work to our home, and a lot of things about work have changed since then. An interesting nuance that hasn’t changed though, is how our most vivid and cherished memories are about celebrations at work.
Something about a birthday or a work anniversary, or about a team celebration. From the halloween event, or the volunteering day, or the town-hall celebrations.
Celebrations foster memorable moments, building up to a memorable employee experience.
The way we celebrate - that’s where I want to bring our conversation to. The present and the future of work is in the remote and hybrid realm. And our old ways to celebrating don’t exist there.
We need a new way for teams to celebrate at work. Something that orchestrates the grand annual days and the small team wins, and the work anniversaries and onboarding sessions that make them feel special, and the insanity of halloween celebrations, and the emotions we felt as a team on volunteering day.
Something that helps us foster those memorable moments with celebrations in the future of work.

Content

Content strategy is based on 2 goals:
We want to show up on every avenue where market is looking for us. [Performance - Ads/Organic/Social]
We want to get the eyeballs of people responsible for culture within a team or organisation. [Brand - Subscribers, Partnerships, Leadership, Followers]

There are three buckets of events catered to by our inventory:
Social Events [Halloween, MLK Day, Pride month, Diwali, Hispanic Heritage, Earth Day] etc. - Events inspired by society.
Milestone Events [Onboarding, Weekly review, Team wins, Work anniversaries, Team bonding] Events derived from employer-employee relationship. We see these celebrations at work in broadly three buckets:
Individual milestones: Employee birthdays, work anniversaries, recognitions, promotions etc.
Team milestones: Project kickoff or completions, goals and retrospectives, weekly or monthly off-sites etc.
Organisation milestones: Town-halls, growth or funding milestones, culture and social celebrations etc.
Water cooler Events [Cocktails, trivia, coffee, salsa] - Just fun.
