When you add a table in Coda, you have the option to use a ‘Canvas’ column type to create a free-form page where you can add text, images, GIFs, videos, formatting, or whatever you wish (you can even generate a notes page from a ).
Having these live in a table keeps you organized because the columns you add to your table allow you to sort and (for example, filter by the date the notes were taken, or attendees of that meeting).
