FIX NETWORK cPanel before / After Reboot

This is for Centos / Rocky & AlmaLinux 8&9.

1. Install cPanel. 2. Re-enable NetworkManager. For example, if you have access to SSH/Terminal/Console, the following commands will be used to re-enable NetworkManager. /usr/bin/systemctl disable network /usr/bin/systemctl enable NetworkManager /usr/bin/systemctl stop network; /usr/bin/systemctl start NetworkManager 3. Reboot. After the login url expires you generate a new one using the 'whmlogin' command or manually login at:
