Dear Ina,
Welcome to the coaching program with MD Results Coach !
MD Results is proud to be a part of your journey towards personal and business growth. Our coaching program is designed to provide you with the tools, strategies, and support you need to achieve your goals.
I operate independently. Over the last six years, I have had the privilege of receiving coaching from some of the world's best business coaches, including Tony Robbins and ActionCOACH. Through these experiences, I have accumulated a wide range of tools and skills to help businesses grow."
MD Results is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses realize their full potential. With my extensive coaching experience and a proven track record of success, I am committed to helping you achieve the results you desire.
The purpose of this workbook is to serve as a valuable resource throughout our coaching journey. It contains key documents, strategies, and positioning ideas that we will utilize over the next 12 months and beyond. During our coaching sessions, we will review the contents of this workbook, discuss our coaching approach, and outline the information you should track and share regularly.
We encourage you to keep an open mind, make informed decisions, and embrace new experiences along the way. Our coaching partnership is not only about achieving results but also about enjoying the process.
We are excited to work with you and look forward to helping you reach new heights of success with MD Results.

Working Together - Playing Above the Bar
In our coaching relationship, one of the most common challenges we address right from the start is the potential derailment caused by unhelpful mental attitudes. It's essential to establish our commitment to this coaching process and our collaborative effort to ensure your goals become a reality. There's a fundamental rule we both must adhere to:
Play Above the Bar at all times!
When we operate Above the Bar, we take control of the helm, equipped with an oar to steer our course. Conversely, operating below the line means making our bed and lying in it. Playing Above the Bar entails taking ownership of our surroundings, accepting the responsibilities and accountability that come with it.
When something goes awry, it's tempting to shift blame, concoct excuses, or deny the existence of a problem. This mentality of playing "Below the Bar" is counterproductive, as it doesn't resolve issues and often exacerbates them. Such reactions are characteristic of a victim mentality, where failure becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
On the other hand, playing Above the Bar is constructive. It means taking ownership and responsibility for challenges, leading to their resolution and preventing their recurrence. This proactive approach is typical of individuals with a victor mentality. As members of this coaching partnership, it's imperative that we commit to playing above the bar at all times.
The Only Failure is the Failure to Participate
I require your commitment to wholeheartedly participate in implementing the ideas we'll be discussing. I seek your permission to hold you accountable for your full engagement. Keep in mind, if you don't change, nothing will change, and you'll continue to experience what you've always experienced.
Isn't That Interesting?
Let's remember that there's no absolute right or wrong; it's all about what's interesting. So, when we're putting some of these strategies into practice, and things don't unfold exactly as planned, we'll acknowledge how intriguing it has been. Then, we'll explore what valuable lessons you've gained from the experience.
Long-Term Solution
Our coaching program is a comprehensive, long-term educational journey. It's designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to market any business more profitably and systematize it, allowing you to create a commercially profitable enterprise that can operate without your constant presence. Throughout our journey, you'll apply these principles to your existing business.
I want to clarify that I'm not a guru; we employ a structured system to develop both you and your business as we work together. You'll acquire the tools and expertise necessary to market and expand any business successfully, and my role is to ensure your success.
How We'll Work Together on Strategies
We will start by selecting a high-priority strategy for your business. Depending on the chosen strategy, I will provide you with samples and templates. During our coaching sessions, I'll guide you through the underlying philosophy of the strategy and help you initiate its implementation.
In the following week, you'll have the opportunity to create your own samples tailored to your business, which you can then email or fax to me. During our next session, we'll review your progress. You'll continue to implement the strategy throughout that week and measure the results. Around the third or fourth week, we'll discuss the outcomes and develop strategies for improvement, documenting and systematizing the process. Once you're confident in your mastery of that strategy, we'll move on to the next one.
We will only introduce new strategies once you have successfully implemented the ones we've discussed – even if it takes two months to fully integrate a single strategy. You have control over the pace and the number of strategies you adopt. Your level of commitment outside of our coaching calls will determine your progress (and remember, I'm skilled at identifying avoidance!).

What to expect

Some Feelings You Can Expect as We Go

As we embark on this coaching journey together, there are certain emotions and phases you may experience along the way. It's important to anticipate and understand these feelings:
Initial Excitement: In the beginning, you'll likely be filled with excitement and enthusiasm, wanting to tackle everything at once. My role will be to guide you and help you focus on the key areas. Please be prepared for this phase.
3-5 Months In: Around the 3 to 5-month mark, you may find that the initial excitement starts to wane. This is a critical learning period, and it's not uncommon for business owners to feel like they know it all or question the value of the program. Sometimes progress may seem slower than expected. I refer to this as the 'danger period.' Remember, knowledge alone isn't enough; taking action is crucial. During this time, we may revisit your goals and reevaluate the strategies we've implemented to ensure consistent progress.
Midway Point (6 Months): By the 6-month mark, you will have put in some substantial effort, and you should begin to see the benefits of your hard work.
9-12 Months: At this stage, you may find it necessary to reset your goals or explore new objectives. It's possible that you haven't achieved all of your initial goals by this point, and that's okay. We'll adapt and recalibrate as needed.
12 Months and Beyond: As we reach the 12-month milestone, you may have new goals or directions in mind. You might even be considering stepping back from your business and entrusting a manager to lead. Creating a new business plan is a common and sensible step at this juncture, as your business will have evolved significantly.
Positioning Your Mind
The upcoming pages delve into concepts we employ at MD Results Coach to shape our thinking. I'm sharing these concepts to ensure that we are aligned in our thought processes. I've found that when coaches and clients share a similar mindset, we can achieve better and faster results.
Let's embrace this coaching journey with enthusiasm and a commitment to growth.
Best regards,
Mihail Dicusar
