Dear Pier Group Members,
Thank you for joining our group! Our goal is to work collaboratively to promote and enhance the pier and waterfront area in our community. Here is a brief overview of how our group will work:
Setting goals: In our first meeting, we will collectively identify specific goals and objectives that we want to achieve as a group. These goals may include promoting tourism, supporting local businesses, preserving the environment, and enhancing community engagement.
Weekly meetings: We will meet weekly to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan for the upcoming week. These meetings will provide an opportunity for each member to share their progress towards achieving their goals and to receive feedback and support from the group.
Accountability: Each member of the group will be accountable for their progress towards achieving their goals. We will work together to ensure that everyone is on track and meeting their targets.
Collaboration: We will work collaboratively with each other and with local businesses, community organizations, and government agencies to achieve our goals. This will involve networking, sharing resources, and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
Evaluation: We will regularly evaluate our progress and adjust our strategies as needed to ensure that we are making the most impact in our community.
We are excited to work together towards a common goal and make a difference in our community. If you have any questions or ideas, please do not hesitate to share them with the group.
Best regards,
Mihail
